Through discussion, meditation, and a yoga practice, each month we'll explore a new topic:
- Coming back to presence; waking up to the day as a Human being not a Human doing 
- Falling and Beginning again; waking up to our body 
- Letting go of fixed/old ideas of who we are 
- Seeing what gets in our way. Desire and the 3 poisons 
- Self-compassion

          Men's Yoga Workshop
Put Your To-Do List on Hold! Learn the fundamentals of yoga and focus on the core basics -- Alignment, Strength and Breath -- with emphasis on the best poses for men and how you can improve our physical and mental wellbeing. Please bring a mat, towel and water. Ice-cold refreshments on the deck after class!

          Children's Yoga Series-8 Weeks (Tues. 10/1-11/19)
Tuesday’s 3:00 - 3:45 — Oct. 1 - Nov. 19 (8 Sessions)
Mary Kelleher, RYT 200 and kindergarten teacher will lead children through a fun and energetic yoga series. Classes will be playful and promote mindfulness, body awareness, and self-regulations. There will be special classes for Halloween and Thanksgiving included!
Cost: $100 series, $15 drop-in
