Often we feel our best after our yoga practice and then we step into our day and our steadiness disappears. Join Tricia and Jan for a monthly class to integrate our mind and body and carry our practice off the mat and into our daily life.
Through discussion, meditation, and a yoga practice, each month we'll explore a new topic:
- Coming back to presence; waking up to the day as a Human being not a Human doing 
- Falling and Beginning again; waking up to our body 
- Letting go of fixed/old ideas of who we are 
- Seeing what gets in our way. Desire and the 3 poisons 
- Self-compassion 
$200 for five Sundays; $45 per session drop-in
