Join Tricia Philpott and Nancy Doyle for this 2-day workshop -- perfect for beginners and anyone looking to learn or relearn proper technique and/or pose modifications. Each day begins with the 11:00 AM Beginner Power yoga class followed by instruction on alignment, breath work, drishti and modifications to build strength and presence in your poses with effort and ease. Day 1 covers the first half of the series; Day 2, the second half. There will be a 30 minute break each day from 12:30-1:00 PM.
