Put Your To-Do List on Hold! Learn the fundamentals of yoga and focus on the core basics -- Alignment, Strength and Breath -- with emphasis on the best poses for men and how you can improve our physical and mental wellbeing. Please bring a mat, towel and water. Ice-cold refreshments on the deck after class!
